Dolce Vita is one of those small hole-in-the-walls that is certainly a must 'check-out'. I've been wanting to go that spot for YEARS and I finally made the time to go on New Years Day. A friend of mine told me that he went there and it sparked some inspiration to go (especially with many places being closed during that day).I went into the Transit Station in Oxnard and I was extremely delighted to see his awesome hidden gem open to the general public. The staff behind the counter were super friendly, down to earth and very passionate about what they do! I got an iced mocha and another sweet treat to launch the new year off to a kick-ass start. I definitely see myself coming back more - especially when I am in that part of down. You guys are doing something incredibly right Dolce Vita! Please keep doing what you are doing! We need more businesses like yours around - :) - Keep up the fabulous work!

A great coffee outlet in an unexpected site. There's plenty of free parking and plenty of seating indoors and out. This is a great coffee outlet featuring their own coffee beans and their own roasts. They feature all organic coffee. Single source from a varety of locations around the world: Ethiopia, Costa Rica, etc. I had a really good latte and they have Oatley oat milk (the best Oat Milk on the market). Their drip coffee looks great too. The barista was very knowledgable and willing to share. I like their bean samples available for smelling! #alamedacoffeeman

Located in the Oxnard transit station. There's parking in the side and there's tables and chairs if you want to sit and chill and enjoy your coffee and food. I tried to come everytime I'm back in town to get the coffee here. There's coffee options as well as food and pastries option. There's services was good. Very knowledgeable. I ordered the dirty chai out of curiosity and it was good but I didn't really taste the chai portion of it. The chai was sweet and good. Will be back.

Hidden gem at the Oxnard Transit Center. From the outside you wouldn't know a decent cafe was located inside amongst the beautiful murals. Place is always clean. Service is quick, beats any coffee shops on every corner. Food is good, especially house-made Tiramisu. Let's not forget the delicious hand-crafted drinks. People from all over town come just to eat and drink at this cafe. This just shows the quality of this place. If you haven't tried it, you're definitely missing out. Who knows, you could potentially be making some new friends and makes a great networking spot! Just an added bonus!

First time here, and first time at the Oxnard TTC. The cafe is located inside the waiting area, which is surprisingly nice, clean and quiet. The staff is really nice and helpful. Got me a flat white with oat milk, and matcha financier. Coffee is nice and bold. They have warmed up the financier, which is a plus, and it tastes really good too. I wish I had bought more. Their logo is so cute, it's a cute drawing of the owner. They also have some stuff they sell, like hello kitty cosmetics. I'd totally get coffee from here if I were commuting from TTC.

100/10 recommend I have been here a couple times before and it never disappoints. I ordered a lavender latte which hit the spot with light lavender tones. It was such a cozy drink. Also ordered the ham sandwhich on brioche and it was fresh, savory, the bread was soft and it was delicious. Service it great, everyone is welcoming and friendly. The transit station can get busy but still worth it for a coffee, food or gelato break.

This place is way far from where I live, but I don't care. I love this place so much I don't mind the drive. The espresso drinks here are consistently excellent. The coffee beans they use are top quality, and each drink is hand crafted perfection. My usual order is a cappuccino and a croissant with apricot preserves. I always ask for my croissant to be warmed up. Then they serve it up with the preserves already spread inside the croissant. I thought it was weird the first time I was served with preserves already applied, but I kinda like it that way now. Less messy. I don't end up with Sticky Fingers. I like trying sit at the comically small tables in front of the cafe. No one my size should ever try to squeeze into the ridiculously uncomfortable seats that are attached to the comically small tables. I know this but still every time I go I do the same stupid routine, trying to squeeze my big fat ass into one of those tiny seats. Some day someone will surreptitiously video my struggle to wiggle into a spot, send the video into America's Funniest Home Videos and win $20K. Most of the time if a place has uncomfortable seating, I'm reluctant to return. But I like Dolce Vita so much I don't even care about the seating. I could get my espresso drinks to go, and avoid the seating issue altogether, but no way would I do that. I like my drink served up in a proper ceramic coffee cup. And the ceramic cups here are just exactly perfect. I especially love the little red star you find in the bottom of each cup. It's saying like, hey, you did a really good job on that cappuccino, here's a little reward in recognition for all your efforts. You can't help but smile when you get your red star. On my most recent visit I discovered that Will (the owner) now has his own blend of beans. So you can choose to have your espresso made with the usual totally excellent intelligentsia beans, or Will's in house blend. I went with Will's beans, and I think they'll be my preference from now on. Every time I visit Dolce Vita I feel like my business is appreciated. That makes me want to support this great little Oxnard business all the more. Mikey C says: and you know that notion Just crossed my mind

Cute little cafe that is hidden away in the Oxnard Transportation Center. Such a cute best kept secret. Their menu consists of your coffee and tea needs along with a small selection of food and desserts. Service was friendly and prompt. Will definitely return!
